- We keep notes so we remember your setup
Simple, Transparent Process
You always know where your money is going before we touch a thing.
Drop It Off
Walk in during shop hours or book a drop-off time. We'll ask a few questions and tag your device clearly.
$49 Diagnostic
We test hardware, storage, cooling, and software β then give you a plain-language explanation and quote. Fee credited to repair.
Repair & Pick Up
Once approved, we complete the work, run final tests, and walk you through what changed. Most jobs done next business day.
Fair Rates, No Surprises
We're not the cheapest and we're not a mall store. We're a dedicated shop with reasonable overhead.
How Our Pricing Works
Because we operate from a shop on our property (not a mall storefront), our overhead stays low and pricing stays fair.
- $49 diagnostic fee β credited toward your approved repair
- Clear estimates before any work starts
- We'll tell you if it's not worth fixing
- No surprise add-ons β you see the plan before we proceed
Our promise: If you just want the cheapest deal possible, we're probably not the right shop. If you want fair pricing, quality parts, and someone who remembers you, we are.
What to Bring
A little preparation helps us help you faster.
- The device itself β tower, laptop, or tablet
- Power adapter if it's not a standard PC power cord
- Your password so we can actually test it
- A short list of what's wrong and any error messages
Not sure if we can help? Text us a photo and description β we'll let you know before you drive over.
