We help people understand their technology — not just use it
A dedicated computer shop in Stony Plain where you're a person, not a ticket number. Patient help, honest answers, and someone who remembers your name.
We exist because big-box tech support doesn't actually help
You know the feeling. You bring in your computer, they take it to "the back," and three weeks later you get it back with a vague explanation and a big bill. You still don't know what happened or how to avoid it next time.
We started Computer Wall because we believed there had to be a better way. What if the person fixing your computer actually explained what they were doing? What if they taught you enough that you felt confident, not confused?
That's what we do. We fix things, yes — but we also make sure you understand what happened and why. Because the goal isn't to create dependence. It's to give you confidence.
Our promise: You'll never leave our shop confused about what we did or why.
A real shop — just not in a mall
We operate from a dedicated shop building on our property in Old Town Stony Plain. Professional workspace, personal setting.
-
Dedicated shop building
Not a kitchen table or garage — a fully-equipped workspace built for computer repair.
-
Private & comfortable
No crowds, no one waiting behind you. Ask all the questions you want without feeling rushed.
-
Low overhead = fair prices
No mall rent means we can charge fair prices and spend more time actually helping you.
-
Easy to find
Old Town Stony Plain, north of the tracks. Pull into the driveway, walk up to the shop door.
Same faces every time
When you call, visit, or text — you're talking to Patrick or Brendan. Not a rotating cast of strangers.
Patrick Donnelly
Patrick built the Revival Bench process to give locals a trustworthy alternative to "just buy a new one." He handles hardware repair, data recovery, business IT setups, and has a knack for explaining complex things simply.
Patient explainer
Brendan Evjen
Brendan is continuing the legacy his father built with Soft Effects Inc. — one of the first tech businesses in Stony Plain. He handles diagnostics, rebuilds, and setups, and makes sure you understand what changed and why.
Detail-orientedWhy we spend time teaching
Most shops want you in and out. Teaching takes time, and time is money. So they fix the thing, hand it back, and hope you don't ask questions.
We see it differently. When you understand what happened and how to avoid it, you feel confident. Confident people tell their friends. And that's how we've grown — not through ads, but through 120+ people who felt helped enough to leave a review.
- Years of coaching experience — we know how to teach people who feel lost
- Private setting means no embarrassment asking "basic" questions
- Your independence is the goal — not repeat visits for the same problem
